Station Description and Your Station Sponsors

Do you enjoy biking? Do you think everyone in Denver should be able to safely and efficiently ride their bike and walk around their neighborhood? If so, make sure to stop by the Pauline Robinson Library at Holly Square to learn more about the 303 ArtWay!

The 303 ArtWay is a proposed urban pedestrian and bike trail beginning at the 40th & Colorado Commuter Rail Station and eventually running through the greater Park Hill neighborhood.

Our hope is that the 303 will one day provide:

  • Improved sidewalks and bike infrastructure, creating safer routes through the area by reducing car traffic and encouraging a healthier and more active lifestyle.
  • The trail will also highlight local artists, history and culture.
  • The 303 will improve first- and last-mile connections to the 40th & Colorado commuter rail station, allowing residents access to the entire metro Denver region via light and commuter rail.

The 303 ArtWay is an idea conceived and led by Urban Land Conservancy (ULC), a local nonprofit that uses real estate to create and preserve community assets in urban neighborhoods around the Denver metro area.
